Privacy policy

Effective July 2026

Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Signalward — operated by Porter Ward, Georgia, United States — collects, uses, and protects information gathered through this website, including the contact form and the Process Audit qualifier. It applies only to information collected through this website and does not cover information Signalward may separately receive once a client engagement begins under a signed agreement. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Information You Provide

Signalward collects the information you choose to submit through the contact form and the Process Audit qualifier. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers about your business — such as what you want to automate, how that work is handled today, where the biggest bottleneck sits, what it roughly costs you, your timeline, and your role in the decision. The qualifier saves your answers as you progress, so if you provide your email address partway through and do not finish, Signalward still receives the answers you entered up to that point. No account is required and no payments are processed on this website, so no credentials or payment information are collected.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a scheduled call, assess whether Signalward's services fit your needs, and follow up about a potential engagement. If you start the qualifier and do not book a call, Signalward may send a small number of follow-up emails tied to your inquiry — for example, a link to pick up where you left off, or a booking confirmation once you schedule. These follow-ups relate only to your specific inquiry; your information is not added to unrelated mailing lists, and you can stop them at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@signalward.co.

Scheduling Through Calendly

Calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service embedded on this website. When you book, your name, email address, and your qualifier answers are passed to Calendly so the call can be prepared in advance, and Calendly collects the appointment details under its own privacy policy. Where Signalward's Calendly integration is enabled, those appointment details may also be used to send you reminder emails ahead of the call.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how visitors arrive from Signalward's advertising and how they move through the site — for example page views, qualifier progress, and bookings. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and may transmit a hashed (unreadable) version of contact details you enter, which Meta uses for ad measurement and delivery under its own data policy. The same events are also sent server-side through Meta's Conversions API; any contact details included — email, name, phone — are hashed with SHA-256 before transmission, and your IP address and browser information are shared with Meta for the same ad-measurement matching. You can limit this through the ad preferences in your Meta account, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or with common ad-blocking tools — the website works fully with the pixel blocked.

Cookies

Signalward does not set tracking cookies of its own and does not run cookie-based analytics. The only cookies associated with this website come from the third-party services described above — the Meta Pixel and the embedded Calendly scheduler — each governed by its provider's own policy. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site, submit the contact form, or complete the qualifier.

Service Providers and Security

Signalward relies on a small number of trusted providers to operate this website: Vercel, which hosts the site and its underlying infrastructure; Resend, which delivers form submissions and the follow-up emails described above; Calendly, which handles call scheduling; and Meta, which provides advertising measurement. These providers process data on Signalward's behalf under their own industry-standard security and privacy commitments. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Signalward limits what it collects to what your inquiry actually requires.

No Sale of Personal Data

Signalward does not sell, rent, or trade any personal data submitted through this website to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Information you submit is shared only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and measure Signalward's own advertising.

Data Retention

Inquiry and qualifier information is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a client relationship has since been established and a longer retention period is required for that engagement. Scheduled follow-up emails are cancelled automatically once they are superseded — for example, the reminder to finish the qualifier is cancelled when you book a call. You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time as described in the Your Rights section below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information Signalward holds about you by emailing hello@signalward.co. Signalward will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and will delete or update your information unless retention is required to comply with a legal obligation or to complete an active client engagement. There is no charge for a standard access or deletion request, and asking to be deleted also stops any remaining scheduled follow-up emails.

Children's Privacy

This website and its forms are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under the age of 16. Signalward does not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if Signalward becomes aware that a child has submitted information through this website, that information will be deleted promptly.

Changes to this Policy and Effective Date

Signalward may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its practices, service providers, or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of this website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 6, 2026; for questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact Signalward — operated by Porter Ward, Georgia, United States — at hello@signalward.co.
