The brief
The Operations Mail Room is not a demonstration. It is Signalward's own back office, automated and put into daily production before it was ever offered to a client — the same discipline sold to operators and growing businesses, tested first on the firm's own correspondence.
Three pipelines, three purposes. A morning brief, compiled from a private task board and ranked by priority before the workday starts. A daily digest of the AI industry, researched live on the web and written without a hand on the keyboard. A weekly trends report, visual and scheduled. Each one drafted by a language model, each one delivered by Resend, each one unattended.
Reliability engineered in, not assumed. Every pipeline runs on GitHub Actions with a primary schedule and a backup schedule behind it, duplicate sends caught and suppressed before an inbox sees them. No monitoring dashboard, no manual send, no exceptions since the day it went live. Running daily.
